Is sigma kappa still getting a new house? the sign was apparently taken down and I heard that they cancelled it

The project is still listed on the Bama construction website with a start date of spring ‘24 and an unknown completion date.

Why wouldn’t SK build? More sororities are needed at Bama, but having a mansion is important to a successful rush.
