Well it's not like anybody is actually dying to be on panhellenic. It's a thankless job most of the time, a pain in the ass up to and including recruitment, and the girls who do it get a bunch of criticism and hardly any positive recognition. No wonder chapters generally have only a few of their qualified members even considering it. Just be grateful for the ones who are doing it.
