2024 Ranks - w/ Tiers

Tier 1: KKG, PM, DDD, ZTA, AXO
Tier 2 (Southern): XO, KD, AGD
Tier 2 (OOS): PBP, APHI, ADP
Tier 3: DZ, GPHI
Tier 4: AOPI, DG, KAT
Tier 5: SK, SDT
Tier 1 - Undisputed top. Every “type” of girl is represented in this row and these are the top for each “type”.
Tier 2 (South): Strong but not as strong as row above. These could still be the first choice for some southern girls though. Top girls interested in KKG, PM, DDD, AXO and didn’t get those will end up in one of these.
Tier 2 (OOS): Great spots for OOS girls not getting into tier 1 and zero interest in southern tier 2. Well rounded girls cut from any house above could make their way in PBP. Influencer, party, and hyper girly types will end up in APHI. Smart, small town, old row lite girls cut from will end up in ADP.
Tier 3: Good spot to be because you’re in the middle and may have slipped through the cracks. What gets them at 3 is that their top girls will pref with the houses on tier 2, but they still have a lot of girls that pref with houses on tier 4. Just not as strong in recruiting but good.
Tier 4: Usually these houses kind of decide based on who gets cut down to here but these girls usually contribute a lot to their sorority and have a great time. Don’t sleep on tier 4. They don’t care about ranks too much and wear letters happily.
Tier 5: Not really fair. SK new and in old house, SDT tiny.

What campus r u on? At Bama, zeta is one of the most popular houses during rush. They have their pick of girls. They start the rush funnel along w a few other houses. They r top and have been for a few years.

ZTA is top. It’s one of the most desired houses during rush.One of the highest return percentage.They have good grades in the top 10 unlike kkg and kd. They r very involved in campus and in their philanthropy.

I think u r really on to something with this ranking. I liked how u divided up tiers by south and OOS. My only issue is that I don’t think kkg should be tier 1. It’s very southern and not really wanted by OOS. I do recognize that it is more wanted by southerner than kd and agd.
This is also the rush pipeline for southern and OOS. I agree that tier 1 is most desired during rush.
My thoughts:
Tier 1: PM, DDD,AXO, ZTA
Southern Tier 2:KKG, XO
Southern Tier 3:KD, AGD
OOS Tier 2:PBP, AP
OOS Tier 3:ADP, DZ, GPB
Tier 4:AOP, DG, KAT

This is good! KKG is a hard one though. On one hand they definitely sweep filthy rich, blonde southern girls from wealthy AL, ATL, TN, MS, TX, etc. suburbs that AXO, DDD, and PM would take. On the other hand, they’re SO niche that they don’t cast a wide net and girls outside that group will go elsewhere. They at least venture out more than KD though.

Agreed! Adpi is on the bottom half of new row yet gets ranked higher. AGD would be nothing without the OR status. AXO is 100% a top house though in the most traditional SEC sorority girl way. Smart, pretty, and involved girls on campus. Just look at all the beautiful dancers and cheerleaders they get for ex.

I can’t tell the different between adpi, aopi, and dg. Not sure why they are where they are…maybe 10-15 years ago.
