If you’re from the Midwest: DTD, Sigma Chi

Best experience: Pi Kapp, Delta Chi, DTD, SigEp

Mid reputation but good parties: Chi Phi, Pike, Beta

Best Overall: Sigma Chi/Theta Chi

Worst Overall: Anyone not mentioned here

pi kapp is “best overall”, even above some of the old row houses. theta chi, sigma chi and pike take turns in the #2 spot. Before the last purge, I would have put pike #2. They have taken steps to rebound, which is good. I’d probably put theta chi #2 currently.
