AL rankings are very different than elsewhere. Aphi is great with social media and getting girls frat guy loves but at alabama we care about grades, involvement, and 10 million more other important things. This is also why ZTA is not the tip top house despite what tiktok may make you believe

This is lies. At Bama, all the OR houses r put on top eventhough they have been slipping. KKG and KD had worse grades than ZTA but OR hype machine refuses to acknowledge it. ZTA is getting girls that would have gone OR, 10 years ago. ZTA is up! APhi has had a bunch of scandals. Their grades aren’t good and they have struggled w retention due to their scandals. They did have a really good PC so they could go up if they stay scandal free. APhi also has a lot pretty girls, OR is jealous of all the attention they get from frats.

This is the ranking opinion of this one person. Some of the comments reek of jealously, insecurity, or an issue with a particular house or girl . You ask different girls from different parts of the country who hang out with different frats and their opinions are different. People argue about changing one level? Who really cares? If you went here - you would see this is getting more and more outdated.
