Kappa isn’t top. They have worse grades in OR, not a good rep and some girls r questionable looks wise.

KKG has to come down. We have all seen the slip whether grades, looks, involvement, or whatever you use. Only girls really coming in wanting them are girls from Bham and they are even losing some of the good girls from those areas to other houses including ZTA.

I feel like KKG wouldn't mind being moved down (just more their moms). The girls I know are so chill - happy to hang out with their high school friends and hang out at the fraternities their high school guy friends are in. They aren't super involved in philanthropy. They aren't super worried about grades or looks or anything.
