What is so bad is during recruitment when those IG girls show up and they are such a disappointment IRL. That's almost always a guaranteed cut at my house for being over the top fake. Red flag for insecurity/insincerety. It's okay to look your best on your socials but please look like actual you. It's okay to be just cute, you don't have to look like a model.
