How do sec frats get away with hard pledgeships

1. Well connected members in important positions
2. Boys will be boys mentality
3. A Bama attitude that if a fraternity pledge ship isn’t hard, the fraternity is lesser (there are tons of posts on here that play this one out)
4. Sororities that don’t have the guts to cut ties with fraternities that haze harshly

OR pledges will be kicked out of their family if they don’t stick with their daddy’s frat so they’ll put up with anything.
Daddy’s are all well connected with the University Administration so their boys can do what we they want and if anything comes out, the U and other powers will help them hide it.
