New Row Truth…Rise & Fall

The truth is what once you hit new row houses people really don’t care about grades, if you’re a partier, etc. You are ranked on looks and social, no matter how much old row grandmas and pi phi & adpi alum try to say otherwise on this site.

- ZTA seems confused. They don’t know if they want to be THE hot girls or compete with OR. Their current PC seems to have regressed a bit because they’re scared to lose their title to other NR houses. Which IMO is smart.
- APHI clearly went for pretty + smart this year which is good for their rep and grades but you can tell they sacrificed losing a lot of the typical girls they pledge. They shouldn’t do it again IMO. They’re nothing special without hot party girl status and top frat relations.
- GPHI completely knows their audience and it’s going to help them. They don’t care if you call them jersey shore or if you call out that they only post their hot girls. They are pandering to northern girls and it worked for PC 23. Aphi & ZTA better wake up and stop trying to please OR mamas before gphi catches up.
- DZ very similar to Gphi but not as extreme. They still have more of a balance but you can also tell that the girls aphi and zta may have passed on for whatever dumb reason, DZ snatched up. Again, just going to elevate their status. NR is about social and looks. Period.
- Pi Phi….yikes girlies. You have fell into the OR trap or have some crazy alums leading you to your downfall. Nobody cares about your girls grades. NR is party. If you had amazing grades and were a great involved girl you’d be in an OR house. FELL hard. Too late to bounce back at this point IMO. Sealed it with BR bid.
- ADPI….never has done great IMO but they’re just there. Alpha Gam of NR. Idk what to say but they’ve definitely been passed by DZ and Gphi which is what happens when you pander to this stupid site and alums.
