Different parts of Alabama
by: AlabamaSo new freshmen here from oos and trying to understand people from alabama. Which part of alabama is considered “better” than the rest of alabama? People from different parts of alabama seem so different to me as some places are more chill while others snobby I have been hanging with or boys too and even their houses are so different in which seems more red than others .

Is it more expensive to live in Birmingham or montgomery. Like if you took the nicest neighborhood in Montgomery (😂) and compared it to a suburb in Birmingham would they be comparable?

I’m not sure you can compare. It’s about history and family tradition more than money. There are $15 million homes in Hoover, but a fifth generation Montgomery family in a $5 million home will be much more exclusive and snobby.

Even the finest of old cloverdale/McGhee estates/wynlakes/pike road doesn’t add up to $5M. And not sure if you were confusing Hoover with Cherokee bend. But… child child child…

It is crazy during rush I asked some girls from parts of alabama that normally go old row why they chose new row and they said they had to get away from their high school friends that think they are better than everyone. there is almost in fighting within the state where I am from its not like that. Even the boys I meet. I found boys from birmingham area to be the meanest.
