Tired of the self ranking

I’m so tired of the self ranking. Here are some truths that everyone knows:
1. One good class does not bring you up in rankings
2. One bad class does not bring you down
3. Chapter totals change constantly. People graduate, drop out, change schools, do internships etc.
4. Chapter totals are usually off by 4-5 girls in Fall…having more members than another house right after rush doesn’t really mean much…quality of girls matters. You could have 400 mediocre girls and another house has 395 girls that are cute with good grades and campus involvement. Which is better? The house with 395.
4. Grades and involvement matter on this campus despite what some houses will say. Having both definitely elevates a house.
Rush truths:
1. APhi got a great class looks wise but we don’t know about grades and involvement yet…time will tell.
2. Everyone did great at rush this year for real but the houses that stood out are: APhi, AGD, XO, PBP, ADP, DG and SK. These houses had an above average recruitment compared to previous years.
3. This is not saying that houses like ZTA didn’t do great…they did. I just think they got more of the same and nothing really stood out as a better year than the past.

Funny thing tho...over ranking on GR does not result in real life results.
Funny how that is.
