So you're blaming Panhel for majorly screwing up and posting the original list by accident? Sorry for the PR nightmare, PiPhi, but that didn't happen. And going back in time to 2013 on GR isn't a succesful strategy.

Choosing not to COB is not to avoid a "PR nightmare". Not every house under total needs to announce they have openings. Often a house already knows who they want to offer bids to or they just don't care to fill any spots. It's not like they have more than a handful anyway. What's a few under chapter total when you have a full new class.

So did dz but they had themselves removed before the list even got posted. I’m sure there any many others including aphi.

Both PiPhi and APhi participated in COB this week! I know two different girls that received a COB at the beginning of the week, one from PiPhi and one from APhi. There is a possibility their names were removed due to them taking enough through early COB to reach house total.

They aren’t “choosing” not too… they are at quota and house total.
