There’s a big difference between broke and poor. Morgan said she was broke. Most students are broke. I don’t believe she claimed to be poor.

But comparatively, she doesn’t seem to have the wealth that many of the girls posting had.

I am an 18 year college student, and last time I looked at my bank account it had 74.32 in it. My parents make sure I don't go without but except me to make my own way in life. Do I have nice things yes, Just because my parents have money does not mean I am. My dad is more of a tight ass then my mom god love her :P Mom send money need 🍕

I don't think she ever said she was poor? She just said she has a job. Then that Brandis woman started telling people to donate to her and everyone ran with it. I"m not poor either but I still have a job while I'm at school. This is all so weird.

Yeah other people literally made up that she was poor and started a venmo campaign after she said over and over she didn't want an amazon wish list.
