It was about 90% that got through the original number registered 2549 and quota was 127 fresh 5 upper

If this is true it means only about 2200 got through from the 2800- that’s the harshest cut I’ve ever seen here that’s like only 80% got through - no wonder all the pcs look good the houses were brutal this year they didn’t take anyone they didn’t want damn that is just COLD

Pan shared 2549 registered and 90% would have made pcs about 134 but the quota was 127 freshman and 5 upperclassmen. So it looks like it was right at about 90% which is lower than in the past

houses get quota additions so it's not just quota x 17. prob all houses will have more than the quota number

Lower numbers means the chapter didn’t need to take quota additions because they kept their girls last year. Just so you know the lower numbers usually means it’s a stronger chapter and higher means they lost girls last year they had to make up

Quota additions have nothing to do with the strength of the chapter or chapter total. QAs are bids given to PNMs that did not match with either house they preffed and maximized their options. All PNMs who went to pref are guaranteed a bid so if they do not match to either bid list via RFM, they are manually added to one of their pref houses’ bid lists. The PNM and house will never know who was a QA vs normal bid match.

the system routes more pnms to the less strong houses over the week because they have lower return rates. these houses usually need more pnms than the stronger houses and always have more quota additions.

Based of this Quota was probably around 132 with freshmen/sophomores combined and the extras some have were the pluses to get the to whatever campus chapter total is this year.

Lower numbers mean they retained their girls and didn’t need extra ones that’s why KD is lower. They have the best retention on this campus.

@yep Campus chapter total is reset every year based on the number of PNM"S left on preference. So based of your KD Flex that would mean these 3 are also pretty solid at retention as well.

QAs have nothing to do with retention or chapter total. They are bids given to girls who did not match either house they preffed via RFM. All PNMs who go to pref are guaranteed a bid and so these unmatched PNMs are manually added to one of their pref house’s bid lists as a QA.

I feel like more girls were dropped from the process this year for sure (by the sororities) AND many more girls dropped before sisterhood and pref because they didn't like the 1-2 houses they got back. I don't think this is a bad thing necessarily (of course, I want every girl who wants to be involved to get that chance) but I also think it's about finding a good fit and also making sure houses are getting girls that REALLY want to be there.

Seeing the numbers below and it’s shocking the houses were way more selective this year guessing they’re tired of huge pcs and the drama that brings and also they didn’t want to take any fillers but it looks like only 80% got through and 5 to 6 hundred girls were shut out
