When will the new Sigma Kappa house be completed?
The documents on the UA website say it's going to be 40,000 square feet and cost $21,000,000. That means it'll be the biggest and most expensive house on campus.

Nobody is “jealous” of SK, miss girl… And they have a LONGGGG way to go before they’re “washing out” anyone and a house the same size as everyone else’s isn’t going to make a difference. Come back down to earth.

End of story a brand new 21 million dollar house in a prime location and they will no longer be seen as a bottom house due to people making fun of their “shoebox” looks like money and inflation isn’t an issue to these ladies

No honey, the pandemic did all that to construction. Logistics and labor issues brought costs up 30%. Most NPC sororities including SK have a dedicated national house corporation to handle these projects and they KNOW all about the costs and the financials and how to build a large sorority facility. No need to worry your little head about it.

The pandemic and Biden can only be blamed so much. Let’s stop giving excuses as to why the new mansion is somehow not going to give them the newest and most expensive house on campus, regardless of any other factors, let alone being in a prime area. You can only bash them for so long.

What’s really tacky is bringing up dumb reasons as to why their house is somehow going to be the same as everyone else and how all houses are expensive and the same when obviously they’re not if you were happy when your house was built that’s fine but it’s time for them to be happy now and taking away from their happy moment isn’t going to make your depreciated house somehow more desirable

I don’t think any SK cares whose hating because one day girls will live there and they’ll be happy in their brand new giant mansion regardless of their reputation or how others perceive them and try to degrade them by pointing out that all houses are big and inflation is high.

So inflation caused it to be 40,000 square feet? Regardless of inflation, I would think biggest = most expensive.
