Sigma Kappa New House

When will the new Sigma Kappa house be completed?

The documents on the UA website say it's going to be 40,000 square feet and cost $21,000,000. That means it'll be the biggest and most expensive house on campus.

So inflation caused it to be 40,000 square feet? Regardless of inflation, I would think biggest = most expensive.

Nobody is “jealous” of SK, miss girl… And they have a LONGGGG way to go before they’re “washing out” anyone and a house the same size as everyone else’s isn’t going to make a difference. Come back down to earth.

Honestly who cares other than SK trying to desperately recruit? They keep bringing up this house as if most of us won’t be graduated and gone by the time it’s built so it doesn’t even matter lol

I don’t think any SK cares whose hating because one day girls will live there and they’ll be happy in their brand new giant mansion regardless of their reputation or how others perceive them and try to degrade them by pointing out that all houses are big and inflation is high.

Literally every house here is 40K square ft, some just barely under. Tri Delts is over 44K. So no, it’s not going to be the biggest.

They don’t have the large alumna support to offset some of the construction and furnishing costs. That is going to have to trickle down into a higher house cost to be divided across their members.
