Retention rates 2022-2023

Here’s how many girls dropped each house from Fall ‘22 - Spring ‘23. Some of these are Dec graduates, but the houses furthest down the list have major problems with retention/girls dropping out.

From best to worst:
KD: -5
AXO: -10
XO: -12
AGD: -14
ZTA: -16
PM: -18
AOPi: -19
KKG: -21
GPhi: -22
DDD: -29
PiPhi: -30
DG: -31
SK: -39
DZ: -41
ADPi: -54

Based on the University of Alabama grade report -

The houses with the highest retention rates as a percentage of their total size are:

KD, AXO, XO

the houses with the lowest retention rate as a percentage of their total size are:

DZ, ADPi, SK, KAT

This is funny with all the Zeta has retention problems and Phi Mu and OR are clearly better post!!! Funny how FACTS work!

Top 8 by Highest Retention Rates and Lowest Number of Drops. That would we should be looking at for true sisterhoods.

KD: -5
AXO: -10

These top 8 only lost less than 20 girls last year. Great job!

True. But sororities may have had more or less seniors graduate after Fall semester which needs to be considered. For instance Kd may have had only 4 seniors graduate plus maybe 1 drop. Other houses may have had 15 seniors graduate, etc.
