They get girls from Mobile & MB that they want. That is it. We've all been paying attention. You haven't been top-tier for the last three years. 2019 NMC was the last great class.
KD grannies are on GR as much as ZTA actives. EVERYONE is very aware of that.

In-state girls would much rather have AOPi than DZ. There are a lot of suburban Alabama girls in AOPi and they have a close sisterhood. DZ on the other hand seems way more Midwest.

Oh, I now know why AOPi gets ranked on GR higher than DZ, Gphi and Theta...because of all the instate girls on GR 24/7. Nobody outside of AL would consider Aopi a better house or better Greek experience than those 3 houses. They are the sorority for the girls that want sorority lite.

This but I wonder if the doc will effect chi o and phi mu recruitment this year. And tbh I think kappa, kd, and lowkey chi o are going to have a harder time getting their few token northern “cute find pnms” since those girls will all go into rush thinking houses like zeta are top. I think pi phi will have a good pc since everyone remembered who gracie o‘connor was for the first time in three years. I could see adpi getting a bit of a boost too, especially if dollyparton does more promo (I doubt it tho, she seems a little embarrassed of being an adpi.) Axo and tri delt I think are gonna do the same as last year

I don't think you got any of the NR house ranks correct. Because of the last 3 recruitment years, the mid and bottom NR houses are rapidly changing. The reputations of the NR houses that were true 4 years ago, do not apply today. Zeta is at the top of NR and many girls who would typically want OR may also be attracted to Zeta. Aphi reputation has declined substantially during the last 3-4 years. PiPhi is climbing the fastest with DZ behind it. Gphi has not lost or gained any ground. DG and Aopi have undisputedly declined. Theta continues to surprise everyone and their reputation has substantially improved in 3 years. Sk really needs a new house. The lack of a big house hurts them just like every other new house on campus prior to them suffered.
I'd say the reputations of the OR houses are about the same except KD is becoming more irrelevant, AGD has taken a reputational hit but no idea if that will have any impact during recruitment, PM has lost its identity and has underperformed in recruitment the last 2 years, and people forget about XO (which may be a good or bad thing). KKG, AXO and DDD remain top and DDD is actually becoming more geographically diverse so they are desired by Southern and OOR PNMs.

It’s not wrong. But this is definitely written from a more local perspective. I’d say OOR pnms think upper top would be AXO DDD PM. They have a more geographically diverse feel than KD KKG XO. This rank- it’s not wrong- but OR each chapter has its own distinct personality and they don’t necessarily compare apples to apples. I also know a lot of in-state girls that wanted nothing to do with KKG or XO or KD- just wasn’t what they wanted (high school all over again).

KD could care less about GR but for anyone who pays attention, they’re still top. They get who they want.
