Phi sig is moving to theta chis old house, and it's rumored phi psi will move into phi sigs house.

From what i've heard:
KA is taking over the property that Phi Sig is on and building a new house and Sig Ep will be moving into KA's house when their new house is finished.

Phi Psi is taking over the old Pi Kapp house.

Phi Psi bought the Pi Kapp house basically as soon as they started building their new one.
