sorority payment plans

I've heard each house has their own version of a payment plan (eg some have 3, 6, 10 installments) so your dues can be broken up over a longer period of time. Does every house have a plan like one of these? Can anyone share their experience with these (don't need specific house name if you're not allowed to say, I just want to have a general idea). Thanks!
