I like this one but KD before pi phi. KD is not on the same tier as pi phi. It’s not as wanted by the majority as the other tops, but it’s still close to the top from the reputation and prestigiousness that they have as a sorority. I feel like KD and ZTA are on similar level. Both great houses who make a lot of cuts but both houses who get a ton of hate for various reasons. Though, because of KD being a founding house it should be above ZTA. I would put it in its own tier above ZTA.

I think the last two years Zeta was more desired than AXO. AXO is an amazing house, they have become less social. Zeta has secured girls with high GPA's and social.

I love Zeta but until they get their drop rate down and keep consistent with good grades and return rates I don't think they are that high. AGD may not be as social but they do get a higher return rate during recruitment. They are not more desired than the following but I think that will change. nothing but love for Zeta- more like

Are you the Gphi member that keeps posting about how awful Aphi is? Get a grip. Work on your own grades, retention, and sisterhood and stop talking crap about other houses.

The second lowest GPA, most dropouts, biggest scandals, a lot of frats think they’re annoying and old row won’t even look their way, and worst sisterhood and reputation issues. You do the math.

I think its Gphi. They have themselves at the same level of AGD. AGD is not social but Gphi is not even close. Gphi isn't even good for NR.

The new girls coming in have to understand what is mostly desired:
For girls from the deep south - Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas...these are the desired houses:
Kappa, DDD, Phi Mu
AXO, XO, AGD
For girls from the rest of the U.S:
Phi Mu, DDD
Zeta, Kappa
PBP, ADPI, DZ
GPHI, APHI
THETA, DG AOII
SK, SDT
There is some cross over with the OOR groups - they like PM, DDD and Kappa as well. PM and DDD have been more inclusive...not as much with Kappa.

- Kappa more desired than Zeta and AXO should be with PM/KKG. AXO gets good oos girl interest.
- DDD should be with ZTA, I think they’re becoming more similar in interest.
- Aphi should be with Pi Phi. Aphi garners a ton of interest from the looks/party girls, hence their following.
- Not sure where Adpi really fits. I don’t think people come in wanting to be an ADPI or are interested with them until later in rush.
- DZ and Gphi are quite literally equal, they should be together and if anything, Gphi is more appealing to girls.

It’s not a fact of hating girl that are pretty, it’s a fact that they don’t have any qualities a sorority should have. There are plenty of good social sororities like Zeta, Phi Mu, Phi Mu, and Kappa even GPhi and Pi Phi that show what a social and looks sorority should be like. It’s the same reason AGD is lower than expected because they just don’t offer a good package besides one shining thing.
