phi gamm theta chi

Both are harder than Fiji and Theta Chi, with both of them being known for taking kids off campus. However the university has kept a close eye on them after they've gotten caught hazing these past few years. I know Pi Kapp wasn't as bad as the Old Rows I have details on, and the one Pi Kapp I've talked to said it just wasn't that bad.

Pi Kapp's is probably easier now because they were one of the new row houses that were notorious for getting into trouble hazing (along with DTD, Pike and DX). The reason Pi Kapp and DX just rose back from relative mediocrity in the last few years is because they had major sanctions. Hazing troubles is one of the reasons DTD is so down and Pike and Beta are underperforming.
