why is ex not consider on of the top in new row?

Putting all bs to the side. I am a bit curious of why EX is not considered one of the top fraternities in new row because nationally they're high up there. Were they suspended a few years back or its just the way it is.

Just the way it is. Theta chi always gets awesome pledge classes and that makes them top. I've heard sigma chi was top new row a while back, but lately not. They have an awesome house, it just shows you that the members of your fraternity decide what tier you are, and recently, they are not getting the finest guys.

Because they're not. EX is a very average house.
