Yeah because delta chi’s courtyard could more people than phi delts. Also, the front yard can too. Jefferson houses actually have way bigger houses, front yards, courtyards, and band rooms than any university house.

Yeah. Way over there. Pi Kapp used to have a prime location. They gave that up to Phi Psi of all houses.
