in-house legacy

by: PNM

I'm an in-house legacy at an "Old-Row" sorority, and while I loved that sorority during preview, and I like all of my sister's friends in her sorority, I want rush to be my own experience and not just go towards my sisters house. Will being an in-house legacy affect my chances at other houses because they assume that I will be going with my biological sister? or not?

it will affect your chances. However, if you have a great resume, good grades, recs, and you're well put together, you'll have a shot at any of the houses

Yes it will affect you, so you should leave it off your resume/recs for every sorority that is not your sister's house. That is what most in house legacies do.

As long as you let the other houses that you want know you are interested in them and want them you will be fine
