No chance at all for a black, southern male from Leesburg GA with a 4.0 GPA getting a bid to a fraternity? Doesn't matter old row new row, doesn't matter tier. Just a fraternity in general.

with those credentials as far as lower unaffiliated new row houses at least. After the issue in the Fall, I wouldn't be surprised if the fraternities become more open soon too (forced or otherwise).

Delta Sigma Phi, Sigma Tau Gamma, and the Divine 9 are always open options. You could also check other fraternities that aren't IFC or NPHC. We hve quite a few. Good luck!
