I mean, many many women across the US not just the south have done pageants. They might not get to state titles but it’s a lot of them.
Am I saying state title holders are the only ones that matter? No I’m not a KD Stan, but like who cares if it wasn’t a Miss America or Miss USA affiliate. Some of these pageant title holders are questionable.
