by: Funnel
These houses will get the girls they want:
KKG, XO, DDD, KD, AGD, AXO, PM
These houses will get the best of what’s left from above:
ZTA, PBP, ADPi
And then the other houses take their girls based on their vibe:
Low grades/party girl: Alpha Phi, Gamma Phi, DZ
Grades/involvement focused: AOPi, DG
These houses don’t have a set “type”: KAT, SK

This is true. Zeta gets who they want because they lay down and let the top girls go Old Row. When you aim for middle tier girls as a middle tier house, you’ll be happy with the girls you get.

Zeta gets to pick from the girls the top 7 or 8 houses cut.
Maybe some are the girls they wanted, but let’s not pretend Zeta doesn’t have to rummage through leftovers to put together a bid list.

Zeta doesn’t get top girls. The OP is right - Zeta eats the leftovers after Old Row is down. They’re a good house, but not top. Def mid.

Gphi has done terrible with recruitment for the last 3 years- DZ and Theta have done better TBH.

ADPi and PBP are fine.
Gphi is doing about the same but not climbing and may be losing ground to some NR that is outperforming them during recruitment.
DZ and Theta climb a little bit each year.
DG and Aopi are declining.

No one purposely chooses Zeta over Phi Mu if given the choice. Girls end up in Zeta when they get dropped by Phi Mu.

@Nope not logical. Girls might choose Phi Mu over XO, Tri Delt, etc, yet they’re still ranked as getting the girls they want but Zeta isn’t? Makes no sense.

^ because Zeta doesn’t go after top girls. They don’t have a chance with them. They get the girls they want because they’re fighting with Alpha Phi and Gamma Phi for mid or even “upper” bottom girls.
