Someone explain the house that all the ZTA girls go to at the lake with a pool? Is that owned by ZTA?

It’s a house that runs on a big budget with a lot of wealthy alum making sure the experience there is one you won’t forget. Wait until sisterhood day and you see all the cool extras that are done for the Zetas through out the year.

It’s property on Lake Tuscaloosa you can rent for special events. DZ does their Bid Day retreat there, so if you’re a Zeta you get to hang there for two hours. DZs get to stay overnight.

No, sorry, not a ZTA owned property. Sororities' nationals do not let chapters own lake houses or houses with pools because of liability.

Texas DG has a pool and some of the fraternity houses at U of Miami do too.

It’s not. It’s actually a property you can rent for special events in Tuscaloosa. DZ rents it for their new pledge retreat.

Zeta has all of y’all fooled thinking they’re the wealthiest house. You don’t know what wealth is until you get into one of the Old Row houses.

Lol Zeta’s are a bunch of middle class girls (which is fine) but they are blasting TikTok trying to make you think they’re the rich girls.

Zeta is a solid middle tier house here. There are probably 6-7 houses better than them.

But the better houses have class and don’t drown your TIkTok feed rubbing it in your face.

Money can’t buy you class and Zeta has neither.
