Why does everyone say KD is not a top tier on here? I was dropped by them but I could tell by the girls they are a top tier. They were pretty and very nice and their house is amazing. Is it because they focus on Alabama girls only?

Add Zeta to the Top Tier or move Kapaa and Tri Delt down one. They rush better than both Kappa and Tri Delt.

So many things wrong with the above...
1. Move Zeta down - they are not same level as PM, Kappa or AXO
2. Move AGD down one. Great house - but too conservative to be on the top.
3. Move Alpha Phi down 2 !
4. Switch ADPi with DZ - DZ is improving, but not there yet.
5. Gphi - hard to say with this one - they have some nice . fun girls - but so much drama in this house.

So many things wrong with the above...
1. Move Zeta down - they are not same level as PM, Kappa or AXO - THEY ARE AND THEIR RECURITMENT/RETURN RATES PROVE JUST THAT.
2. Move AGD down one. Great house - but too conservative to be on the top. NO ONE CARES WHAT THEIR POLITCAL LEANINGS ARE AND THEY CONSISTNELY HAVE GREAT PC"S
3. Move Alpha Phi down 2 ! FRATS LOVE ALPHA PHI AND THEY HAVE MORE SWAPS THAN SOME OF THE TOPS
4. Switch ADPi with DZ - DZ is improving, but not there yet. ADII IS FALLING HARD AND FAST AND DZ"S LAST TWO PC"S WERE WAY BETTER
5. Gphi - hard to say with this one - they have some nice . fun girls - but so much drama in this house. WHO CARES ABOUT DRAMA THEY ARE RECURITNG WELL AND THEIR SOCIAL CALENDAR IS IMPROVING.

I’m not comfortable with tiers. Tiers aren’t love and tiers will not acknowledge change or effort or intention. I’m only comfortable with showing love and support to help create a place where we are constantly learning and growing.

I really like this one! AdPi is going down in my opinion and zeta is at top. I would keep DZ and alpha phi at tier 2 because their PCs were spot on and are going up! AOPI being the last one though is a bit inaccurate because I think SK is seen as the most bottom

SDT is a tier all on their own. People should really stop trying to tear SK down. They are doing pretty well for a new group on a campus where Panhellenic is clearly not supportive of each other.
