This is true. 5th place is really what you prefer. ATO or Sig Ep if you’re looking for something more academic. Beta, Delt or DX if you like getting drunk at 4pm on a Wednesday.

I get what you’re saying. But just to put it out there, every fraternity requires a certain gpa to stay an active member. So, academics are important for all houses. But yeah, some houses are known more for being party houses and others a little more serious.

5th would be either DTD, Beta, SigEp, or ATO. Comes down to preference after those four
