Totally agree. I am an active and there is NOTHING radical going on inside our house. We had a great recruitment last year and an active social calendar. The percentage seems really off as I don't think we lost 19% of our members last year unless something happened with the seniors that was hidden from the rest of us. I could not be more surprised by this information. What is the source for the numbers?

The grade reports can be found at the ofsl ua grade report websites. Doing the math is also not that deep. Your exec send the numbers and stats of your chapter to the ofsl. Do you have a hangover or what?

Yes they are taken from the grade reports but they don’t distinguish between the active members and the COB new members like someone posted before. OP gave only the total numbers.

im being so serious when i say what is going on in alpha phi. every single year we see Aphi get large pledge classes of cute girls who seem to be happy on bid day then boom their pledge class is half the size it initially was before we can make it to thanksgiving break
