Is sk getting a new house? I saw they just got approved by the uni but I also don’t know if it’s bs or going to another sorority

Yes, it has been confirmed that SK will be getting their new mansion. It will be where Harris Hall and the old Alpha Gam house is. This news is out and has been published.

Will they be able to afford the house? Their membership number isn’t as high as the chapters. Will their annual dues be a lot higher than the other houses in order to keep the house running?

The National Housing Corp. funds the construction of the house. As far as future dues, they will be similar to other sororities.
