Truth about Southern Vs Northern PNMs

Time to post something based on facts not opinions. It’s very obvious at this point that any old row house not pulling top OOS girls has fallen behind. I’m not talking just Southern, but the girls being pulled onto campus by scholarships with beauty and brains.
This isn’t 2005 where you could ignore the 50 random out of staters who showed up for rush. The houses that have continued to not pursue top Northern girls are falling in rankings and giving opportunities to other houses.
You will continue to see posts about certain houses not wanting Northern girls, but the truth is even Old Row is paying attention now to the top candidates, no matter where they are coming from.
Clean up your social media, be willing to have an open mind and Southern and Northern girls realize that the houses will all be fighting over the top candidates regardless of your zip code. Trust me, they see through all of it at this point.

Them northern girls aren’t going to stop coming at this point y’all so best to stop trying to think you can label houses “Northern Folks” and the old ones “Southern Folks” cause people aren’t going to do as they’re told anymore.

Bring your best game girls. Cause no one is guaranteed a seat at the table and the table can’t be reserved no more…

Small town Alabama girls are great, but the California, Chicago, New York girls offer a lot. Not just the superficial stuff like houses in Park City, Hamptons, Cape Cod, and Tahoe. But they come from REAL money which means alumni money and connections in those cities. OR girls are not dumb they want these connections. Not everyone wants to go back to their hometown.

Sigh….I wish these girls would stick around after graduation and maybe alabama politics wouldn’t be so backward.

@sigh You see this is the exact problem. People like you who assume to know political views of others, based on the region that they are from.
You need to check yourself? You cannot assume that all Northerners have certain political views. Meet the person first, at least. Have a conversation.
