you can definitely still rush. However, a lot of houses will be turned off by the fact that you're a junior and you won't receive a bid. Old Row won't give you a bid; New Row will be a little more accommodating, but only a few of those houses will give you a bid. Get in contact with the New Row houses, sign up with the IFC, and most of all, have fun with rush. It's the most fun you'll have in your life!
