In no order, just by who is top tier, who is middle, and who is bottom. Pretty sure we can all agree this is accurate, but the specific order is subjective.

Middle: ΑΓΔ, ΑΟΠ, ΑΦ, ΔΔΔ, ΔΓ, ΚΔ, ΚΚΓ, ΠΒΦ, ZTA
Bottom: ΑΔΠ, ΔΖ, ΓΦΒ, ΚΑΘ

DG and ADPi are not above Alpha Phi and DZ. I would put KD in top tier. Not sure I would put AGD above AOPi either.

ADPi was good like 4-5 years ago... now its full of smart randos. Not an attractive group. basically along the lines of Theta. Not as bad as Gphi but they are getting there.
