Looking through a few pages of the discussions, it seems like Phi Mu and AXO are fairly consistently ranked number one and two. What is really the difference between these houses? I know people keep saying Phi Mus are fake and snobby and AXOs are prude and snobby, but what's the actual difference?

Both are strong. As a pnm the house chooses you, so keep your options very open.
