You'll notice that some Jefferson ones, notably the affiliated ones, beat some of the unaffiliated University ones. You'll also notice Pi Kapp, a new row fraternity, is above some old row ones. It goes to show that old row/new row, while still important, isn't everything, and that if a Jefferson fraternity has enough members, and thus a good budget, they can keep up with a few university fraternities.

There’s a few Jefferson houses that are better than some University houses.

Sorry, but Phi Psi, Sig Ep, and ATO aren’t as fun as some of the Jefferson houses.

You must be new here. There’s a few houses on Jefferson with more history on campus than Phi Psi, Beta or Sig Ep. Not only that, but they’ve all pulled their weight on campus as far as. Ring involved is concerned. Looking at KS, DTD, DX and even LXA and ZBT.

You must be a Phi Psi. Because there are a number of Jefferson houses that are better. Cool physical house though.
