zta and chi omega

My sister is a ZTA and my ex-gf is a Chi Omega. They both say they're top tier and the most popular on campus. I saw some rankings on the first page and it doesn't look like they're right. Could you guys clear this up?

They're both bottom tier

each good in their own way.....
Chi O's are smart and classy....usually very involved, but not very hot
ZTA's are hot, fun and love to party but are not too smart or involved
