I think you gotta be a frat groupie, from what I know you can’t really run for sweetheart at a frat that barely even know who you are and expect to win. You gotta atleast have guys that can vouch for you

best way is to date a well liked guy (and befriend his friends) and/or have a well-liked brother in the frat.
