My take was pretty similar to the other person:

DKE, SNU, KA - classic old school, old row, very southern, mostly connected, very Alabama

SAE - same as above but seems not as pure Alabama

Phi Gam - wants to be like the top row but just not anymore

Phi Delt - old row but not as connected and not necessarily as old school southern or relevant

ATO - kind of a nerdy old row feel but smart new row

Pi Kap - interesting mix of far north partiers with far south partiers

Pike - far north party guys

Sigma Chi - good mix of guys from all over

Theta Chi - a mix of everything above but weird in a weird kind of way

Sig Ep - If you can’t get a nerdy house above

Beta - if you can’t get a party house above

Phi Psi - if you can’t get a northern house above

If you don’t get in these go to Jefferson and see where you think will fit in best.

Wow, the sig tau troll is trolling their own posts. No one is buying your fictitious claim about getting a new house on University. They only location you moving to is a trailer park in northport.
