transferring schools

I'm an AXO at another school and I'm transferring to Alabama in Fall 2014. Just curious as to how the whole transferring into a different chapter of your sorority goes... Are the AXO's here welcoming? Is there a process of acceptance? Are they caddy? Also interested in the kind of rep they have on campus. I really just want to know what to expect when I get there.
