why is aopi bottom?
by: pnmi keep seeing aopi consistently “ranked” as a bottom tier house here but i feel like i really see them as a great house and loved my conversations i’ve had with them

Sounds like you don’t really know aopis so you are not informed enough to speak about them

They had a member who was homecoming Queen a few years back and she was backed by the Machine which was a big deal. Homecoming queens are usually from a select few houses (DDD, AGD, KD, Phi Mu) and the machine never picks girls from new row houses to be their Homecoming Queen candidate.

and a house’s ranking has no impact on your conversations. i had my worst convos at AXO AGD and XO and some of my best ones were at DZ and SK tbh. it’s really all in the matching

Not all houses have this. And the rankings won’t tell you which do. This is sometjing every pnm has to feel out for herself

This site is cliquey and cares about “old” and “new” row BS
If you’re not old row, you’re bottom
Yet new row houses have tons of cute, well-spoken, OOS girls. Old row is mostly recruiting in house legacies and from AL
There is nothing wrong with AOPi or any other house for that matter. This site is just filled with mean girls and their moms trying to tear people down
Listen to your evaluation and trust your intuition through the process, not what anyone on this site says

Aopi is seen here as a bottom house. They have some great girls but most of them are pretty weird and cliquey. I decided to drop aopi last semester and don’t regret it.
