No houses for pref

Some houses will be doing COB. Try to express interest and get to know people, especially if you have friends at houses. Would be helpful if you have friends at less popular houses, since they are more likely to do COB.

I agree with you that any bid is an amazing bid, just saying...some girls are out for status and they will drop, making room for girls who are out for legitimate sisterhood.

It never hurts to try so sign up for cob. If it happens for you great, if it doesn’t it will be okay. I know it seems like it’s everything but in the grand scheme of things you will be okay

If you truly want to go Greek and are open to all houses then sign up for COB, also reach out + express interest, and try again at any opportunity you can. There will be room for people to COB. Some houses may even advertise it on their Instas. COB is more relaxed, so maybe it will be a better experience for you.

In the meantime, (1) keep your grades up, (2) get involved in a couple of activities on campus & take on some leadership when you can, (3) work on making conversations with strangers, (4) have fun getting to know people and maybe you'll make some sorority connections for the future. All those things will help make you a better candidate if you want to try again.
