I’m confused bc half of y’all talk about how AmAzInG old row is, but several of the houses on old row consisted aren’t really even being talked about/anticipated to have a great pledge class. I’m not just talking about this post, but several others seem to completely overlook “old row” houses like XO. Seems like they’re only the “best” in the minds of mothers and ppl who think way too highly of themselves for being old row

Zeta posts a million times a day on here with the maturity level of a 2 year old. It’s become entertaining and slightly psycho.

I think overall the best PC will probably be zeta! With that being said, they have been pulling great PCs in the past year so this is not unusual. I think in comparison to recent years, ADPI and PIPHI will bring in really good pledge classes based off the way pnms are talking about them around campus.

Generally in state/southern pnms don’t come on this site because they know all they need to know about the houses and pretty much know where they’re going. That’s why so many more of the posts on here reference new row houses. You’re not going to get a pnm with an old row heavy schedule on this site.
