Pledging Stories

Last night some girls were talking about the things we'll have to do when pledging. One girl who has an older sister said when she was pledging her sorority (who I won't name just in case its a rumor) gave the girls a minimum number of guys they had to hook up with in top frats. Does anyone know if this is true or a rumor?
