how many girls get cut

It’s different for each chapter. It’s a number based on previous years of recruitment and the number of PNMs left and then some crazy formula.
Someone else had posted this before but think of it this way, from beginning to end we all will cut 90% of PNMs to get our pledge classes. You’re far more likely to be cut than kept since only 10% of PNMs rushing will be in any given sorority.
