I’m a pnm lol but I haven’t talked to any rush chairs and honestly want to know is that a bad thing? If you talk to a rush chair do you think that says you’ll get a bid from them? Will a house I really like not consider me if the people on their team don’t talk to me

I never talked to them but some did follow me on insta and I did receive an invite to their house for philanthropy. Don't know if it was because of that or what
