They’re all great houses depending on what you’re looking for.

Zeta has really been on the rise in the past few years and they have passed a lot of old row houses despite what old row thinks. Very popular with fraternities and very focused on looks and followers on social media. It’s all about likes in zeta. Sisterhood and retention in zeta are not the greatest. Big partiers.

Tri delt is an old row house and has lots of girls from the major & small towns in Alabama and the surrounding states. Very focused on philanthropy. Popular with the old row fraternities. 3/4s of a party house. Really involved on campus. Good sisterhood.

Adpi is a solid house. Have quite a few in state girls but mostly recruit from out of state. Their grade ranking has fallen a few spots in the past year but they’re usually a high-grades house. Good mix of party girls and girls who are more laid back. Really involved on campus. Great sisterhood.
