Is it possible to be picked back up later in the week
by: PnmI only got 4 houses back and they’re just not what I was expecting. Is it possible to be picked up again by a house a later in the week? Idk if I’m going to drop and do fall again next year

Stop. You have four houses. Those four houses saw something in you that made them invite you back. Please give those four houses a try. The houses that dropped you can not and will not invite you back. Please stop listening to the ranks on this site and instead focus on the remaining four houses you have. You will find your home but only if you are willing to open your eyes and your heart to the remaining sororities.
If you’re hellbent on being in a top tier, old-row sorority purely based off of what you see on this website then you should drop and give other girls the opportunity to be part of a sisterhood they will love and cherish.

I totally agree with this it’s not really me. Unfortunately my family is hell bent on me being in a house like that and they are paying. I was really just trying to find an excuse to let me continue in the week

I totally understand. Unfortunately a lot of moms are like that in the process which really, really sucks. But that just means that you need to have a long talk with your family and explain that this is YOUR college experience, not theirs, and they can’t rob you of your experiences. You are in college now and you can make your own decisions! Girls have gone their legacy houses purely based on moms and sisters and they have regretted it. I know it’s a stressful week but it will be worth it.

Also, you’ll be missing out on a huge part of your freshman year that just won’t be the same if you drop and re-rush sophomore year. I don’t recommend it. Please just stick it out, you’ll find your home and I promise you’ll love it. It will be worth it in the end.
